Excellent app !!!

Excellent app !!! Initially there were a number of issues but most of them identified and fixed. Been a vodafone customer since long time & happy to see this app. :)

Easy and quick !

Would like to vote for this as it satisfied me below three aspects, 1. Easy, user friendly and ease of use. 2. Not many options for user verification. 3. Bug free. - A happy Vodafone customer.

Not useful

Please solve this issue Your session has expired! This problem usually arises because you have cookies disabled or not accessible or has expired. You may start a fresh transaction again. Thanks

Horrible isnt the word!

Lousy interface! I cannot manage multiple phone numbers registered in the same name. Cant pay my bill through thr app, keep getting error message for no reason! Customer complaint is on deaf ears! Doesnt reflect any transaction done for weeks!

Most worthless application

Least user friendly Works intermittently Instead of giving relevant information, always trying to sell something useless or asking to pay bills even if the outstanding amount is 0 Logging in is cumbersome and one is lucky if it works Looks like the app is written by a high school kid trying to learn iOS application

Latest update

The latest update doesnt work, crashes a lot and takes a long time (minutes) to load. Kindly fix the issue ASAP.

First look

First look of the app looks good. Lots of options and profile information. Yet to explore fully.

Upgrade is not working

After upgrade, the app is not working. The app is taking forever to load.

Would give it a zero if I could.

While the app occasionally does show data usage and the number of calls made most of the time it barely functions.Paying bills through the app is quite a hassle as well.

Failed upgrade

Utter disaster after the upgrade. Not loading properly. Crashing frequently.

The worst App ever seen

One star coz cant post without it. Otherwise no star at all. Its the worst app, totally waste of time and money.

Embarrassing for a tech company

Your parent company should hire some foreign technicians who actually know how to build an app. This is an embarrassment.

Works well enough!! Does the job intended!

Very buggy, counter-intuitive interface

This app needs a lot more work to actually be a good experience. Right now, some tasks can be performed easily enough with a little bit of practice. Most tasks require a lot of digging around. At this time, it is still easier to just call the rep and wait on the line for half hour than figure out doing something on this app.

Worst App

After every regular interval the App stops responding and gives error that to try later. When this error occurs it remains for 2-3 days. Its been 3 days and Im unable to recharge VAS. Added to my frustration. Pathetic App
