Very buggy, counter-intuitive interface

This app needs a lot more work to actually be a good experience. Right now, some tasks can be performed easily enough with a little bit of practice. Most tasks require a lot of digging around.

At this time, it is still easier to just call the rep and wait on the line for half hour than figure out doing something on this app.
