Good for quick payment, view data usage, remaining minute etc. Need improvement for giving offers, top up option etc.

I use this app mainly for bill payment, and it is so much convenient. I cannot imagine an easier way to pay the bill every month. They could improve, though, by remembering my billing data, so I dont have to enter the same card info every month, but so far I have no other complaint.

Most Hopeless App. This app has never helped me. Payments never go through. Inconvenient is an understatement!!!!

The app is very ocnvenient to you. I use it frequently to check data usage and remaining days in bill cycle. Also this app is the easiest way to pay vodafone bills. This app also does not crash frequently unlike some other apps

The app has a lot of glitches, information on roaming packages is incomplete and misleading, billing system is not real time and updated, customer support is unhelpful with very little capabilities. All in all a very poor experience.

Slow App..takes time to load...not user friendly ...

Earlier version of myvodafone app allowed me to view my current enrolled bonus packs and its end date . Unable to find it in current version . This app is all about flashing screens and wasting screen real estate with multiple buy offers . All they want user is to make them buy buy buy . They dont want to provide meaningful services and improve customer satisfaction .

Payment screen rarely works. Very frustrating when want to recharge my account.

I use this app mainly to pay my bills. But every time I make my payment using this app, I get some trouble or other, which ends up having a long and frustrating experience with Vodafone customer care. Also, this app doesnt show much information about the generated bill.

Tried numerous times with different credit card and debit card - wont process. Funding store to recharge in uttarkand is challenging Otherwise - Phone reception is great

If you see other app like , my airtel and other App let you save the card details, u just need to enter password and just click pay.. Bring something like that in this app. Regards

This app showed internet recharge pack info as 30 days. After buying that pack, i get a message saying the internet pack is valid for 28 days

First look of the app looks good. Lots of options and profile information. Yet to explore fully.

Horrible app. Doesnt show me my balance, cant use it to pay bills -- some error or another always comes up. Whats the point of having an app that does absolutely nothing?

To start with look and feel to entire experience is very painful. Especially bill paying is really messy.

I cannot make balance payments with this app at all.
