Easy to maintain the account in one step.
Looks good enough UI, helps to redirect for online payments, but not an ideal tool for tracking calls, does not refresh most of the time prompting me to check website for clarity. Needs definite improvement
You cant apply for 4G card online. Thats pathetic marketing to update their app.
Badly designed, my security question pops up as a choice for a mobile number and the capcha figures leave much to be desired as one cannot see properly what is a capital letter and what the underscores are there for. I have just wasted an hour trying to log in after a few months and change my password...... And the mobile app is even worse.
I dont see any reason to use this app. The latest bill is not updated. I am not able to pay the bill as well using net banking option..
Useless.. Never works when we need it to... I wish the development team works as well as the graphics team...
I love Vodafone its a India s best telecom company But in this app need little improvement specially like a call history dialed number history but right not only we can seen just a calling time and bata usage should be update immediately but now they take 6 hour to update the net usage Plz fix this prob If not we are change the company to idea thx
Poor App, Cant believe how Vodafone approves such below par app. See the App images in App Store, it has Airtel Network. Funny App and Biz team. Worst app of the century
This app is designed to cheat. When I wanted to pay my bill, after a pop up message "you will use data package as per your plan" and i clicked ok. The app is not moving to next page but some garbage data is kept downloading. This is how the app is designed to consume the data pack.
