Horrible app takes time to reflect balance even after a recharge is done. The recharge is not shown immediately neither on balance nor on recent purchases. Very Slow and misleading. Such a big company cant afford to make a good app. How worse can it get than this?

Useless app. Does not allow you to log in most of the times. Gives please try again later. Useless when you need it urgently

App exclusive offers shown but you can avail as making payment through this mobile app is impossible.

It takes a lot of time to load.

App gives you usage stats etc, but it doesnt allow purchase of top ups etc. doesnt make sense having an app but you got to visit a store for such activities.

Unintuitive interface. Extremely hard to find basic things like "what is my data usage?" You have to click in multiple locations to get there. Buying an additional package takes forever and includes going outside the interface. Looks like it was built by people who know how to write code but forget (or dont understand) customers. Really terrible product.

Thanks for correcting the App offer issue. Now there is no option to use the balance for the App offers.

Unable to update the app as it says not compatible to my iPhone.

Installed this app and trying to activate roaming pack. It says you need to pay 0 rupees deposit and have only two options 1 to cancel and second to find store nearby. To pay 0 rupees need to go to store?

Im able to see my bill, plan and other details. I can pay my bill as well, so simple. I liked the app.

Unable to update on iPhone 4S with iOS 9. Why is even this update pushed for 4S then? It blocks other updates on App Store too.

For such a big company this is a shame

Been using recharge feature for a while now. Never crashed, never slowed. Instant.!

The only thing it lets you do is see your data usage. That too youll have to wait for it to launch then wait for another app inside the main app then wait for the information to load. Almost all the feature error out at the end after making you fill details and click on useless buttons for a while. False advertising.
