Extremely poor app

Unintuitive interface. Extremely hard to find basic things like "what is my data usage?"
You have to click in multiple locations to get there. Buying an additional package takes forever and includes going outside the interface. Looks like it was built by people who know how to write code but forget (or dont understand) customers.
Really terrible product.
