Lifesaver!

I am an American I paid Gujarat guess with Google Pay and I even received the OTP from there but when I try to get a OTP from the government website, I could not do it. It just would not work this phone then I went to the chat they were telling me to put a money more money or recharge. I recharge it for 600 something rupees it still didn’t work. Not happy at all I can get other OTP and I end up paying for one day 600 some thing and it did not work. What are rip off? And I was pre-paid until March. I know they’re not gonna return my money so ridiculous.😡😡

I am using Voda Phone here is only for OTP purpose rest I am using Whats up. average bill is paid ₹900/- No other facilities I cannot use as I am in USA. Do you have any option I am paying bill.

I approached couple of times to your help site on mobile, who couldn’t do anything to get my problem fixed. If you guys inefficient in your services please refrain from theses activities.

Pls ppl avoid vi if u r taken it then pls port your number if u want to save the number. When you raise a complaint and vi customer service people will close the complaint automatically without your concern. App is waste u can’t reach customer care number but this app will send u plenty of messages in day to update your Alternate number, email ID and etc. mental harassment. pls avoid using Vi app or service but vi service can get worlds worst medal. Vi service provider is a big trap. as you take a year plan n pay the money. Then ur real problems start . without intimation they will stop your service n say that trai has given a request where trai has no rights to stop the services after that service ppl will say your number is used in Anti social element so we can’t reactivate it but u can buy the same number after 15 days. U paid one year plans that loss more over u can buy your number after 15days does the bonus on loss. Cheap tricks pls avoid vi

Never buy this sim you are better off without a phone!

This app seems deliberately confusing, so one can’t figure out how much data you have and why even after it says you have data in one place, it tells you you don’t have data in another, and makes you purchase more data. It is one of the most infuriating and duplicitous apps and services out there. Wish there was a better service to switch to in India. Are they all this bad????

This network is so useless. best part is, the company is doing nothing to improve it. Every month, they’re taking our money indeed robbing our money. yet still not providing us a proper network. Losers!! 😡

The recharge options are confusing and have no explantaions

This is the worst app and service by Vodafone. I will never ever recommend Vodafone to anyone.

2024-May-02 The latest release of Vi app and integration with Hungama is the worst ; I have Gold payed subscription through Vi ; yet the Vi / Hungama forgets its paid and Now It wont allow to restore Purchases as it blocks the access via popup. Please STOP POPUPS ON VI AND YOUR INTEGRATION APPS . Ridiculous no care for paying customers

Like many other apps this is also NOT useful. Except three options no way to address so many other problems. 198 and 199 are totally useless until if are lucky to reach a human talking to you. Can’t expect much from the human voice also because it is also automated as per their corporate policies.

Please hear my conversation with your call Centre staff for bulk improvement in your services. I spoke on 15 Jan at 12 midnight.

Super convenient

I have 2 phones using Vodafone for me and my we ife. I use them only when we visit India. The first charge for unlimited calls + data didn't work in both phones. I have to re-pay, paying twice to get the calls going. And where can I find the current plan details? The Vi app screen is full of ads pushing us to buy more plans. Awful. I will go for other service providers.

The app doesn’t support international VISA cards; they don’t support eSIM for prepaid. Fix it.

In app it says successfully recharged and sms is sent saying that it’s unsuccessful recharge without reason and amount is also debited from account. What kind of setup is this. Pathetic

Need data pack with service validity

No internet

My phone 9312836331 does not get signal to receive sms in us from indian bank even after recharging Rs 100 every week I try sending paytm verification sms but even after trying so many times I failed to verify my number with paytm My paytm has stopped working due to phone verification Every time I send SMS back to paytm it fails and so I am not able to login to my paytm account Even after several recharges I receive no bank sms due to T mobile signal problem

Otp on email is helpful in cases where trying to do refill for elderly parents

Terrible app. First, it is super slow especially on my slightly older phone. And on top of that, there are multiple ads that pop up, and waste time before one can get to some useful information or activity.

Worst network ever I would rather use BSNL than this vi. Network fluctuates in less than 2 seconds still the worst sim I’ve ever used . I regret getting vi sim ;(

I’m International Student and Have to Active Indian Bank Ac. So i have to Turn on OTP and I recharged at 295 for 28 Days. Now it’s 295 for 3 Days! How it’s working in VI I can’t understand. Your Stock Price is not low because of Us. Stop charging Anonymously from Customer. Just for the OTP. Shame on You. Worst Service Ever. I wish if i was in india Right now Surely i we’re changed operator and Port to Jio.

Poor error and exception handling. This app goes into loop if mobile data goes off. Or just show blank white screen when I tried to make recharge from roaming screen.
